User Accounts will not let you change picture

When you try to change the picture under the User Accounts section, and this error message comes up "Automation Server Can't Create Object" the only way to fix it is to:
Goto Start Then Run And type in: regsvr32 /i shimgvw.dll

This will allow you to change the picture.

Avoid switching users while installing

Just hold down the Shift key as you right-click the Setup file, select Run As and type the Administrator's username and password.
